Import & Export Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an organized andreliable Import & Export Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-dayshipping and logistics activities. In this role, you will help ensure that goods move smoothly in and out of Singapore by coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, and working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

This position is ideal for someone whoenjoys problem-solving, pays attention to details, and can manage multipletasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Prepare and check shipping and customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, permits, and bills of lading.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any delivery delays or shipment issues.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with logistics cost tracking and invoice verification.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
• No experience is required, training will be provided
• Good learning attitude, team player with a collaborative attitude
• Knowledge in MS Office
