International Logistics & Order Management Specialist

Job Summary
Location: Singapore / Malaysia

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Logistics & Order Management Specialist to manage the entire order lifecycle and ensure seamless delivery for our overseas clients. You will be the key link between our customers, production, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order lifecycle, from demand confirmation and contract signing to order confirmation, production scheduling, delivery, and acceptance, ensuring closed-loop tracking.
• Monitor order execution in real-time, coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery, and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks.
• Review all order details (e.g., model, quantity, delivery date) to ensure 100% data accuracy and process compliance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and collaborate with technical/quality teams to resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues.
• Utilize CRM systems and tools like ERP/SAP to update order data in real-time, supporting sales strategy optimization and market insight analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher. Any major is acceptable.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management/sales support. Preference given to those with experience in the consumer electronics/smart hardware industry or procurement.
3. Experience in factory order follow-up is highly preferred, with familiarity with internal production processes and supply chain links.
4. Possess international trade and logistics shipping experience, capable of independently preparing import/export documentation.
5. English proficiency must be sufficient for written communication and basic verbal problem-solving.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and efficient problem-solving skills.
