Inventory and Logistic Administrator

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Logistics Administrator to support our Operations and Sales teams. You will manage day-to-day inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure orders and materials preparation are fulfilled timely. This role is critical to keeping our supply chain running smoothly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to your Direct Supervisor at SINGTEST TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management

Stock Count: Conduct accurate stock counts for all incoming shipments.

Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory forecasting.

MaterialReordering: Proactively highlight and assist in orderingmaterials that are running low in stock.

Data Maintenance: Maintain and update inventory and material logs accurately using MS Excel.

Material Reordering: Proactively highlight and assist in ordering materials that are running low in stock.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Service Coordination: Coordinate daily logistics arrangements and communication with external service providers and couriers.

Order Preparation: Assist with materials/parts preparation, secure packing, precise labeling, and ensuring proper storage protocols are followed.

General Support

Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related administrative or operational duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·      Minimum Nitec, preferably with related experience in inventory management and logistics coordination

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel

·       Organized, Efficient and Results-driven

·       A strong team Player and time management skills

·       Able to perform daily manual tasks, which include packing, lifting goods, and climbing stairs.

REMENUSATION:

$2,000 - $3,200
