Company Overview

Moog Aircraft Services Asia (MASA) is a joint venture between Moog Inc and SIA Engineering Company, providing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul services for Moog flight control systems on new aircraft including Boeing 787 and Airbus A350.

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive supports inventory and logistics operations by ensuring efficient receipt, shipping, stock management, and documentation while assisting management and driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate and execute shipping processes to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies
• Oversee logistics activities to optimize transportation and storage efficiency
• Assist the Inventory Manager with administrative tasks to support smooth inventory operations
• Implement safety management practices and apply human factors principles to maintain a safe work environment
• Accurately document inventory transactions and input data into relevant systems for traceability
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory and logistics processes
