Jr Operations Executive

Primary Responsibility

The Junior Operations Executive will support the daily operational and inventory functions of the store, ensuring smooth execution of stock management, replenishment, and visual updates. This role will work closely with the Operations Lead and Operations & Visual Merchandising Manager to maintain operational efficiency and support store operations.

Areas of Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory Support

• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, processing, replenishment, and stockroom organisation

• Support stock transfers, reverse logistics, and floor replenishment

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and highlight discrepancies to the Operations Lead/Manager

• Support in maintaining adequate supply levels (e.g. packaging, store materials)

Visual Merchandising & Store Support

• Support the execution of floor set changes and product displays under guidance

• Assist in maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards

• Provide support during product launches and promotions

Cashiering & Operational Support

• Assist with basic cashiering duties and daily cash handling processes

• Follow store policies and procedures to safeguard company assets

• Report any operational or equipment issues to the team

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Support the Operations Lead and Operations & VM Manager in daily tasks

• Assist the Sales & Service team to ensure smooth store operations

• Participate in ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support store operations and business needs
