Role
Reporting to the Head of Chartering, the Junior Charterer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and fixing LPG vessels (pressurized) on both spot and term bases. You will work closely with traders and operations to align freight strategies with commercial objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and terminal operators. The role includes monitoring market trends, negotiating charter party agreements, managing vessel performance, and resolving operational or demurrage issues. You will also track freight economics, support P&L optimization, and ensure compliance with HSE, sanctions, and shipping risk policies.

Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Maritime Studies or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in chartering, shipbroker or shipping operations. Experience in LPG is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must be proven negotiation skills and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, global trading environment.
