Core Responsibilities

• Load Planning & Optimization: Calculate shipment volumes to maximize container stuffing, ensuring cargo is distributed evenly and safely.
• Cargo Handling & Stuffing: Physically or mechanically load goods, palletize / loose cargo, and apply proper choking / lashing to prevent shifting during maritime transit.
• Photo Taking: Photo taking of empty container and loading / unloading cargo
• Documentation & Verification: Verify incoming and outgoing physical goods against Container Load Plan, Delivery Orders (DO) and manifests. Updating any irregularities found in export containers or cargo received
• Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff & operations manager
• Compliance & Safety: Handle all cargoes safely and adhering to stacking requirements and /or any other special requirement specified.
