Logistic Assistant (Tuas)

Monthly Salary: UP to $3000 (Negotiable)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Our client is seeking a responsible and hardworking Storeman cum Delivery Driver to manage warehouse inventory, prepare orders, and perform timely deliveries to customers and project sites. The ideal candidate should be organized and possess a valid driving license. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

Storeman Duties

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.

• Organize, store, and maintain inventory in the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods.

Delivery Duties

• Deliver goods to customers, suppliers, and project sites safely and on time.

• Plan delivery routes efficiently.

• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer acknowledgments upon delivery.

• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

• Assist customers with unloading when required.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse and outdoor work environment.

• May require physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving goods.

• Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.

• Valid Class 3 driving license.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Additional Qualifications

• Forklift license (advantageous)

• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.

• Familiarity with local routes and delivery areas.
