Logistic Coordinator // West Side

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am - 530pm & Sat, 830am to 1230pm

Working Location: West Side

Salary: $2800 - $3500/month , AWS provided

Duties:

-Pack and prepare items securely for shipment

-Pick and fulfil orders accurately based on daily requirements

-Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low inventory

-Prepare shipping labels and basic documentation

-Coordinate with delivery partners for pickups and dispatch

-Inspect goods to ensure quality before shipment

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-Prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred

-Able to handle heavy loads (Up to 15kgs)

-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

-Comfortable using systems for data entry and inventory tracking

-Detail-oriented and responsible

-Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
