We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Logistics Executive to join our Singapore team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Logistics Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our global operations by ensuring the efficient movement of materials and equipment across international and local supply chains.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, kitting, packing and coordinating local and international shipments.
• Preparing shipping documentation for air, sea and courier shipments.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, customers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements and HS code classifications.
• Receiving, inspecting and verifying incoming shipments.
• Coordinating repair returns and outbound repairs.
• Supporting local deliveries when required.
• Assisting with inventory cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe shipping office and warehouse.
• Supporting warehouse, logistics and inventory activities as required.
• Complying with the Company's Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification (Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics, shipping or warehouse experience.
• Hands-on experience preparing shipping and export documentation.
• Good understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations and HS Codes.
• Experience coordinating air and sea freight shipments with freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good computer literacy (experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
• Proactive team player with strong coordination and communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse-related duties.
• Valid Singapore Forklift Licence is required.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage.
