Logistic Executive

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee daily logistics operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. In this role, you will be the operational anchor—managing third-party logistics(3PL) partners, coordinating timely deliveries to major supermarket distribution centers (DCs) and retail stores, and maintaining high standards of food product compliance and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3PL & Operations Management

• Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Act as the primary liaison with 3PL warehouse and transport providers to ensure accurate receiving, storage, order picking, and on-time local delivery.
• Retail Fulfillment: Oversee order fulfillment schedules to major supermarket distribution centers (e.g., NTUC FairPrice DC, Sheng Siong, DFI Retail Group) and General Trade outlets, ensuring compliance with strict retail delivery windows and booking slots.
• Merchandising: Coordinate with stores and 3rd party for the PO.

2. Import & Regulatory Compliance(FMCG / Food)

• Import Operations: Coordinate inbound shipment processes (sea/land freight), customs clearance, and permit applications (e.g., TradeNet).
• Food Safety & SFA Standards: Ensure incoming shipments comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, food labeling guidelines, shelf-life requirements, and product inspection protocols.

3. Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations

• Stock Accuracy: Monitor stock levels across warehouses, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and participate in periodic/annual inventory audit counts.
• Batch & Expiry Management: Strictly enforce FEFO/FIFO (First Expired, First Out / First In, First Out) rules to prevent product obsolescence and minimize aging stock risks.
• Damaged Goods & Returns: Process stock return requests, manage damage claims with carriers/3PLs, and maintain proper documentation for write-offs or return-to-vendor (RTV) procedures.

4. System Administration &Reporting

• ERP/WMS Updates: Process sales orders, purchase orders, goods receipts (GRN), and delivery orders (DO) accurately in the ERP/inventory system.
• Performance Metrics: Track logistics KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rates, inventory accuracy, and logistics cost per unit.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on logistics or warehouse operation experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore.

• Direct experience working with major local retail/supermarket delivery compliance is highly preferred.

• Competencies:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected delivery delays or inventory discrepancies.

  Excellent communication skills for dealing with 3PL partners, internal sales teams, and supermarket receiving officers.
