LOGISTIC GENERAL MANAGER

Job Scope:

• Spearhead the daily operations of the Logistics Section: Ensuring seamless, timely delivery of goods, establishing robust stock inventory control processes, and collaborating closely with Sales and Production teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stock variances.

• Daily Operations & Financial Oversight: Oversee daily logistics workflows, verify shipping arrangements, audit daily stock takes, and manage the section’s expenditure (including vendor pricing, quotations, and expense invoices).

• Production & Sales Coordination: Analyze sales and stock data to optimize production planning. Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to swiftly resolve any sales, production, or raw material variance issues.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the key touchpoint for customer inquiries, proactively resolving any sales, stock, or delivery issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and guide your team to meet performance targets. Lead regular check-ins, conduct engagement activities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-submission for company activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a managerial or similar capacity.
