Logistic Operation Assistant 

Working Day: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Office Location: Changi North Street 1
Salary: Start from $2,500 - $3300

Job Responsibilities

• Handling  International Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Incoterm
• Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
• Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status
• Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
• Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
• Picking, packing and labeling of products
• Perform Stock Count
• Monitor Stock Level
• Ad-hoc job assigned by management

Job Requirement

• Preferable work experience with Logistic/Supply Chain

• Experienced in International Freight Forwarding, Logistics and knowledge of Incoterms
