Job Summary

You will ensure smooth logistics operations by managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory activities, driving company vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams and partners to resolve logistics issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory activities to ensure efficient logistics operations
• Drive company vehicles to transport goods, documents, or personnel safely and on schedule
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities to support operational transparency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
• Perform administrative tasks to support logistics functions and overall team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license (optional)
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Proficient communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external partners
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple logistics tasks and maintain accurate records
• Basic knowledge of logistics software and systems to support operational processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
