Logistics Admin (East & West)

Role Overview:
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations team, managing schedules, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Summary :

Location : Ubi / Penjuru

Working Days : 5 days

Salary : Up $2800

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare, manage, and verify shipment documentation for on‑time deliveries

• Track shipments and proactively follow up with freight forwarders to resolve any delays

• Build strong working relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems promptly

• Assist with inventory control and support warehouse operations

Job Requirements :

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills
