Logistics and Merchandising Assistant

Merchandising

·       Prepare and deliver products to various outlets (including but not limited to Guardian locations, pharmacies, clinics)

·       Liaise with on-location promoters to stock in consignment orders to Guardian

·       Prepare and arrange stock transfers between showroom and various outlets

·       Ensure timely delivery of products to various outlet/locations as requested

Warehouse Operator

·      Work with warehouse team to manage stock in warehouse

·      Keep track of stock inventory and provide accurate inventory data when requested

·      Prepare and arrange for stock transfers between warehouses and various showrooms

·      Manage warehouse to ensure adherence to GDPMDS standards

·      Maintain and update stock transfer records

Other Duties

·      Carry out ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.
