Logistics & Operations Executive (Central/Contract)

• Coordinated shipments, deliveries, and logistics to ensure the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Processed invoices, issued purchase orders, and prepared shipping documents accurately and on time.

• Managed inventory transactions, including goods receipt, stock movements, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory record updates.

• Liaised with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support order fulfilment.

• Prepared inventory and operational reports, handled inter-company billing and expense recovery, and provided administrative support.

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations, preferably with hands-on SAP and Microsoft Excel skills.

• Ability to commit to a 9-month contract until 30 April 2027.
