Oversee daily logistics operations and local transportation of all cargo types, including logistics workflows, trucking arrangements, section expenditure, and billing, to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of operational KPIs.
Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving sales and delivery issues to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve targets, enhance performance, and encourage engagement in company initiatives.
Optimise transport planning, manpower deployment, and equipment utilisation for efficient operations.
Manage fleet and equipment availability, maintenance, and utilisation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, transport regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of logistics operations experience.
Minimum 2 years of team leadership or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of transport planning, fleet management, and logistics operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics or transport management systems is an advantage.
