Logistics Assistant

Position Summary 

The Logistics Assistant will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation. This position encompasses key responsibilities including operating a forklift to move, stack, and load goods as required, assist in the receiving and handling of incoming and outgoing goods and manage all documentation related to incoming and outgoing goods. 

Responsibilities

• Handle physical in-coming and out-going goods.  

• Inspect items to ensure they match order criteria.  

• Receiving and signing of deliveries.  

• Loading/Unloading cargoes to/from trucks.  

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Leader.  
  

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.  

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. 

• Prior experience in Semiconductor Company or similar industry background experience will be an added advantage.   

• Forklift license  

• Willing to learn and cooperative.  

• Able to work independently or in a team.  

• Physical dexterity and experience in operating forklifts.   

• Hazardous materials handling certification preferred.  

• Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment to motivate and achieve a good working relationship with personnel at all levels.
