Logistics Assistant

1. Merchandising & Distribution Logistics

• Retail Supply Chain: Prepare and timely deliver medical products and continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGMS) to various external outlets, including Guardian locations, local pharmacies, and medical clinics.

• Promoter Liaison: Coordinate with on-location retail promoters to check and replenish consignment stock orders at partner retail locations.

• Stock Transfer Coordination: Prepare, log, and arrange seamless stock transfers between main warehouses and individual BUZUD showrooms.

2. Warehouse Operations & Compliance

• Inventory Control: Work closely with the core warehouse team to manage physical inventory levels. Track stock fluctuations and provide highly accurate inventory data upon management request.

• Healthcare Compliance: Manage warehouse spaces to ensure strict adherence to GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) standards, ensuring proper batch tracking and storage protocols.

• Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain, audit, and update all internal stock transfer and transit records.

3. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Execute dynamic, ad-hoc logistical tasks and collaborative projects as directed by the Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse execution, or retail merchandising operations. Prior exposure handling medical devices or consumer health tech is heavily favored.

• Compliance Knowledge: Basic familiarity with GDPMDS guidelines and Health Sciences Authority (HSA) medical device storage rules is highly advantageous.

• Physical & Driving Capabilities: Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks (picking, packing, stacking). Possessing a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage for managing local distribution transfers.

• Technical Literacy: Comfortable using inventory management systems, ERP software, or basic Microsoft Excel to update tracking data.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, reliable with timelines, and able to coordinate cleanly with retail promoters and external medical center staff.
