Logistics Assistant (5.5-Day Work Week Normal Shift Lifting Crew)

Salary: $2,200 - $2,600 + Variable bonus + AWS + OT

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday : 8.30am - 12pm

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse operations involving stock movement, inventory accuracy, and general logistics handling. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform movement of stock and equipment, including receiving, issuing, and bin-to-bin transfers

• Ensure accurate stock placement and location control within the warehouse

• Conduct daily Relative Humidity (RH) monitoring and recording

• Carry out loading and unloading of goods onto milk run lorries

• Retrieve kitted parts and handle packaging returns to designated locations

• Maintain daily 5S housekeeping standards in the workspace

• Support ad-hoc audit preparation and warehouse compliance checks

• Perform additional logistics tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Valid Forklift License is required

• Basic administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Able to handle lifting and warehouse duties

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
