Logistics Assistant (Customer Service)

Work Location: Pioneer Road

Salary Package: $2,300 – $3,300 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Scope

1. Handle preparation and processing of shipping and logistics documentation for import and export shipments.

2. Assist with permit applications and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on time.

3. Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment arrangements with customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel.

4. Track shipment movement and provide updates to relevant parties when necessary.

5. Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound coordination.

6. Update and maintain inventory records and operational data in the system.

7. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper arrangement of goods within the premises.

8. Communicate with internal departments and external service providers to support smooth operations.

9. Attend to customer requests, operational matters, and basic issue resolution.

10. Carry out other administrative or operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines preferred.

2. Candidates with experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or shipping operations will have an advantage.

3. Basic understanding of shipping documentation and permit processing is preferred.

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and inventory/warehouse systems.

5. Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good coordination skills.
