LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (QC SUPPORT)

Join our team as a Logistics Assistant (QC Support), handling daily warehouse and logistics operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, maintain inventory records, and provide basic QC support through incoming inspections to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your Main Tasks

Logistics & Warehouse

• Receive, store, and issue parts, materials, and customer products for projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including pick and pack activities.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and transporters, including quotations and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and check import/export and shipping documents.
• Coordinate pre‑shipment activities such as crating and packing with vendors.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and meet delivery schedules.
• Assist in inventory stock counts and maintain warehouse records.

QC Support (Secondary)

• Support basic incoming parts inspection when required.
• Report non‑conforming parts and assist in NCR documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for part rework or modification with suppliers.

General

• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas subsidiaries.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Your Profile

• GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or import/export.
• Experience in receiving, picking, packing, and shipment coordination.
• Familiar with shipping and cargo documentation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Experience with Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and work overtime if required.
