Logistics Coordinator

Basic information:

• Basic up to $3000
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
• Location: Ubi

Job Description:

• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipment coordination and order processing.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related shipping documentation.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams on shipment schedules and updates.
• Perform picking, packing, receiving, checking, and storage of inventory items.
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and resolution of stock discrepancies.
• Follow up on shipment and delivery status to ensure smooth order completion.
• Maintain efficient warehouse operations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
