Logistics Coordinator (Marine / Vessel Coordination) Up to $3,500 AWS VB

Company Overview
Our client is a well-established marine engineering company supporting vessel operations and offshore logistics in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Arrange receiving, inspection, packing, and dispatch of materials

• Track shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies

• Plan and manage delivery to vessels (e.g. via vehicles or launch boats)

• Maintain accurate delivery tracking and documentation records

• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Support urgent delivery and operational requirements when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, coordination, or a related field

• Forklift license and/or Class 3 driving license preferred

• Basic computer proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Willing to work overtime when required

Additional Information

• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday half-day

• AWS and Variable Bonus

• Company transport provided

• Exposure to marine / offshore logistics operations
