Logistics Coordinator (Strategic Planning / Central)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare pricing estimates and quotations.

• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to gather information required for quotation preparation.

• Support pricing reviews and analysis.

• Assist in budgeting, data analysis, and business planning activities.

• Prepare and analyze customer and supplier forecasts against actual demand.

• Support the preparation of monthly reports and management reporting requirements.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, forwarders, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in customer coordination, sales support, supply chain, logistics, shipment arrangements, or a similar function.

• Experience handling quotations and pricing activities will be an added advantage.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
