Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse)

The Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse) is responsible forcoordinating and supporting the daily warehouse operations to ensure theefficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. Therole works closely with warehouse personnel, transport planners, customers,drivers, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency, inventoryaccuracy, and timely fulfilment of customer requirements while maintainingcompliance with the Company's safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with customers, transport planners, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Prepare and process warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock movement records, and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
• Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and support periodic stock takes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding inventory status and warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with Company procedures and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and safety concerns to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), container logistics, ISO tank operations, or dangerous goods (DG) handling will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
