Logistics Data Analyst

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for the accurate entry and verification of parcel data in the logistics system, compiling daily operational reports, and following up on abnormal shipments (e.g., mis-sorted or unscanned items). The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Filter), and attention to detail. Prior knowledge of courier/express workflows is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for data entry and verification of inbound and outbound parcels, timely correct abnormal waybill information to ensure accurate system data.

2. Operate the logistics management system and perform back-office tasks including batch management, and synchronize on-site operation information.

3. Compile operational data such as shipment volumes and detained parcels, prepare daily reports and submit them on time.

4. Record and follow up abnormal parcels including mis-sorted and unscanned items, and coordinate with relevant teams to complete verification and closure.

5. Maintain various operational ledgers and undertake other data-related work assigned by the site management.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in computer operations and Excel (Filter, VLOOKUP, PivotTables and basic functions);

2. Meticulous and sensitive to figures;

3. Candidates with understanding of courier/express transit workflows are preferred.
