To support our rapid growth and ensure seamless fulfillment, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Executive to join our dynamic operations team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support and strengthen our operations team, with a focus on delivery coordination and import/export processes. This role is ideally suited for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across dynamic logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily delivery operations, including efficient scheduling, routing, and execution alongside drivers and logistics partners.

• Vendor Management: Liaise directly with third-party vendors, including courier services (e.g., FedEx, DHL) and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, manage, and verify crucial logistics documentation, including shipping documents, customs permits, and related compliance paperwork.

• Global Shipping: Handle end-to-end import and export processes, actively managing and coordinating shipments bound for overseas markets.

• Data Accuracy: Maintain complete accuracy and timeliness across all logistics records, tracking files, and inventory documentation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure flawless order fulfillment, tracking, and end-to-end distribution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on working experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain operations.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong experience with import/export processes and handling international shipping documentation is highly preferred.

• Industry Tools: Familiarity with major courier services (e.g., FedEx, DHL) and/or handling freight forwarders is a distinct plus.

• Skillset: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Adaptability: Comfortable thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven, and time-sensitive environment.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
