Logistics Executive

Job Description

·      Assist with daily warehouse Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) operations;

·      Manage the loan and return process for tools and equipment;

·      Coordinate the disposal of scrapped materials with internal departments and external vendors;

·      Ensure accurate and timely recording of materials, tools, and equipment in the system;

·      Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and security of the warehouse at all times.

·      Verify and issue tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Operations team;

·      Report stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment faults;

·      Conduct regular inventory audits and toolbox inspections;

·      Coordinate closely with the Operations team to fulfil material requests;

·      Ensure accuracy of data entries based on Material Request Forms;

·      Support the Procurement Executive in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels;

·      Guide and educate Operations team on proper warehouse procedures and processes;

·      Attend and participate in monthly meetings;

·      Optimise warehouse space utilisation and improve delivery efficiency;

·      Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits, proper documentation, and system updates;

Requirements

·      Minimum ITE, N-Level, or O-Level qualifications;

·      At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or site operations;

·      Team player with strong commitment, and willingness to learn;

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;

·      Independent, proactive, and a problem solver;

·      Singapore Citizens only.
