Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Shipment monitoring for projects delivery
• Track movements of items and ensure timely replenishment of quantities as required
• Arrange bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines
• Responsible to receive cargos and coordinate deliveries of equipment to jobsite
• Ensure all procedures for custom clearance are duly completed
• Negotiate and managing of logistic cost
• Ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy with RFID system
• Handling documentation and other required administration relevant to shipment
• Responsible for arrangement of marine insurance
• To implement cost reduction principle in all aspect of warehouse transactions and activities

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse / inventory working experiences
• Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage
• Possess MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills
• Able to commence within short notice
