Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics coordination for project materials, ensuring smooth delivery from purchase order issuance to final site handover.

The role focuses on shipment coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics documentation, cost optimisation, and compliance with import/export requirements.

Employment Details

• Industry: Engineering / Project Logistics (Elevators & Escalators)
• Location: Singapore (East – Kaki Bukit / Techpark Area)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
• Salary Range: S$3,300 – S$3,600/month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics coordination from purchase order issuance to final project site delivery.
• Coordinate shipments with overseas suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project schedules and installation requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments across multiple project sites in Singapore.
• Manage inventory control and stock accuracy using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Maintain proper logistics documentation including shipping documents, customs clearance, and import/export requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, warehouse, and site teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Arrange marine insurance coverage for shipments when required.
• Support vendor coordination and logistics optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
• Strong understanding of shipment coordination, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in project logistics, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
