LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.     Responsiblefor performing receiving, incoming inspection, put away and pick pack ship.

2.     Toliaise with logistics forwarder /provider on receipt from customers and deliveryto customer.

3.     Maintainstore inventory accuracy via accurate and on time ERP & documentation, strictadherence to inventory movement controls and procedures. Inventory itemsinclude Parts, Customer Supplied/ Return Parts and other collateralinventories.

4.     Conductessential activities to efficiently operate the store and logistics functions.

5.     Responsiblefor optimal re-stocking of inventory, through data analysis and closeengagement with the Sales and Customer Support teams.

6.     Togenerate periodic reports store/warehouse KPI management and take ownership forthe processes

7.     Communicateprocess and follow up with internal departments on requests and unresolvedissues

8.     Responsiblefor continuous improvement and any projects/biz projects related to CS andSupply chain

9.     Tosupport any other related work assigned by management

Qualification

1.   MinimumITE/ Diploma with min 2 yrs of relevant experience.
