Join a leading aerospace company and play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound & outbound shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare import/export documentation and customs paperwork
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies and logistics issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in SAP ERP/WMS
• Prepare logistics reports and KPI tracking
• Support warehouse operations, process improvements and compliance activities
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards

Requirements

✅ Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field

✅ 1–3 years of logistics, warehouse or supply chain experience

✅ Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or other regulated industries is an advantage

✅ Familiar with SAP ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office

✅ Organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
