LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR (MARINE)

Job Descriptions:

• Check and respond to email enquiries.
• Print shipment documents and monitor shipment status.
• Check and arrange deliveries and offland items.
• Liaise with customers, agents, vendors, shipping lines, and transport providers for loading, delivery, and collection to and from vessels.
• Communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking customers, agents, and vendors via email and phone regarding shipment arrangements and operational matters.
• Arrange airfreight and seafreight clearance.
• Coordinate the transfer of airport cargo to the main warehouse or arrange direct delivery to vessels.
• Prepare and submit permits, DSA, ESSN, and ESN declarations.
• Update the Logistics Management System (LMS) for job orders.
• Maintain and update email offland and stock lists.
• Coordinate with drivers and storekeepers to ensure smooth daily logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Required skills: TradeNet, Inventory Management, liaising with customers, shipping lines, forwarders, traffic control, coordinating with drivers, and liaising with storekeepers.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers, agents, and vendors.
• Able to commence work immediately.
• 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).
