LOGISTICS MANAGER

You'll be joining a large organisation of companies at their flagship logistics center as a Logistics Manager, a technology-driven 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment hub that's processed 13M+ items for 150+ brands across 220 countries. You're building inventory systems that scale across a portfolio of e-commerce, 3PL, and fulfilment companies, with real-time WMS visibility, marketplace integrations (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).

Requirements:

1. 2+ years in warehouse/inventory management or logistics operations
2. Hands-on WMS experience (receiving, putaway, cycle counts, adjustments)
3. Proven track record maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy
4. Experience leading warehouse teams (5+ staff)
5. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
6. Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
7. Comfortable working on the warehouse floor (Tuas location)

Preferred:

1. 3PL, e-commerce, or high-SKU environment experience
2. Experience building SOPs or leading stocktake programmes

Compensation:

1. $3,600–$4,500 per month (based on experience)
