Logistics Manager - Industrial

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly establish and optimize the overseas logistics management system, identify key pain points across the logistics network, implement management policies to improve overall logistics efficiency, and progressively standardize logistics management practices across all overseas regions.
• Establish and implement overseas logistics management systems and policies, adapting them to the regulatory requirements of each country and region.
• Plan and optimize the regional warehouse network, including warehouse location strategy, capacity allocation, and resource planning.
• Manage the complete customs clearance process and coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local partners to ensure compliant and efficient customs clearance.
• Optimize the supplier management system and continuously improve transportation costs across logistics routes to enhance overall logistics competitiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in coordinating and aligning logistics operations across multiple countries and regions.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English required to liaise closely with China stakeholders
• Good understanding of the cultures and business practices of different countries and regions.
• Familiarity with the logistics, customs, and regulatory policies of different countries.
• Experience in establishing logistics management systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience managing cross-regional teams.
