Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and team supervision for logistics operations
• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient workflows
• Plan and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transport and fleet management
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to reduce transportation costs
• Coordinate inventory control and warehouse layout to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., OTIF) and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements using Lean principles and technology solutions
• Act as a safety representative and support delivery operations when required
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, wholesale distribution, retail supply chain, or warehouse management
• Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) and inventory tracking tools
• Forklift license is required 
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
