Logistics Officer

Ensure the quality and quantity of food/ logistics items before delivery. 

Loading/ unloading catering items into/ off the assigned vehicle. 

Deliver catering items, set-up and dismantle catering buffet at various locations according to standard procedures. 

Communicate with customers on the set-up requirements and related enquires with patience and professional manner. 

Enhance the buffet set-up by using different decorations/ props when necessary. 

Ensure the cleanliness and condition of assigned vehicle. 

Perform food safety, work safety and road safety rules and policies at all times. 

Cooperate and communicate with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding customers’ orders. 

Report immediately to superiors if there is any operational inconsistencies, incidents or accidents.  

Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
