Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales
• Position Title: Logistics Officer
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 4.00pm) [1-day WFH]
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and declare permits using the company system
• Handle payments and courier services for customers
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping lines or agents
• Coordinate with warehouse, depot, and transport teams—both internal and external
• Provide daily or monthly customer reports
• Generate required company reports on a daily or monthly basis
• Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customers
• Submit monthly accruals internally and externally
• Close completed HCS orders in the PSA HCS system
• Ensure all relevant PSA charges are entered into the PSA HCS system
• Attach necessary receipts and emails for billing purposes (including payments on behalf and miscellaneous charges)

• 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping operations
• Proficient in TradeNet system is advantageous
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to work with internal and external teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
