Logistics Officer (West, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Salary: up to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: West

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound and inventory movements.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Liaise with customers, logistics partners and internal teams on delivery matters.
• Support sales and account management with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with shipping, customs and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service or related roles
• Familiarity with import/export and shipment coordination processes
• Good communication, organizational and multitasking skill
• Singaporean only need apply
