LOGISTICS OPERATION SUPERVISOR

The Logistics Operation Supervisor core duties include taking charge of a team of Operational Executives and Drivers to ensure all ground operations run smoothly. The incumbent is responsible to coordinate operations between internal and external stakeholders, arrange schedules for vehicles and drivers, and handle all arising ground issues.

Responsibilities

· Manage operational team and drivers to ensure customers’ deliverables are met

· Oversee operations to ensure smooth execution of all assignments

· Monitor and track all assets for accountability

· Ensure all SOPs and policies are adhered

· Ensure internal and external stakeholders’ requirements are met without compromising on Company’s objectives

· Anticipate operational issues and put in place measures to prevent issues from occurring

· To administer and resolve operational ground issues

· Manage work assignment and allocation for staff

· Mentor, discipline and train junior staff to perform their tasks effectively

· Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff

· Highlight and update management on any matters relating to vehicles and drivers
