Logistics Operations Coordinator

D MART LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics operations.

• Monitor drivers and ensure timely deliveries.

• Liaise with customers and service providers.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.

• Handle route planning and delivery tracking.

• Resolve operational issues and customer enquiries.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.

• Support business growth and logistics efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, operations or coordination experience.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: SGD 6,000 to SGD 7,000 per month
