Logistics Operations Executive

Responsbilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory movements.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and timely system updates.
• Ensure all warehouse and shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Support operational KPI achievement through effective planning, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Investigate and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Guide and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. 
• Experience in coordinating with transporters and customers is preferred. 
• Good understanding of end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control). 
• Familiar with inventory management systems / WMS / ERP and basic data analysis. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting. 
• Knowledge of 5S, safety, and quality standards is an advantage. 
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment. 
• Willing to work shift schedules, overtime, or weekends when required.
