Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Logistics Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning deliveries, coordinating with drivers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods and services.

The role requires strong communication skills, good time management, and the ability to handle daily operational issues efficiently. The candidate must ensure that all logistics activities are carried out according to company procedures, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily logistics, transport, and delivery operations.

Plan and arrange delivery schedules, driver assignments, and vehicle movements.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor delivery progress and update customers on job status when required.

Prepare and maintain logistics documents, delivery orders, invoices, permits, and related records.

Ensure all goods are delivered on time and in good condition.

Handle operational issues, delivery delays, customer complaints, and urgent requests professionally.

Maintain proper records of trips, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, job orders, and daily reports.

Coordinate with warehouse or site teams for loading, unloading, and inventory movement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety rules, and regulatory requirements.

Support management in improving logistics workflow, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Perform any other logistics or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in logistics, transport coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain operations will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, and basic documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational issues.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, punctual, organised, and detail-oriented.

Knowledge of Singapore roads, delivery routes, transport operations, or logistics procedures will be an added advantage.

Willing to work flexible hours when required depending on operational needs.
