Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

To follow-up and update customers on shipment details;

To liaise with shipping companies and agencies for rates and to process shipment bookings;

To assist with the preparation of shipping documentations (AWB, BL), and invoicing to customers;

To communicate with local vendors on container trucking, cargoes deliveries/collections, permit declarations;

Able to work in a team and with minimum supervision;

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills

Able to multi-task

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Work in a warehouse environment.
