Logistics Operations Executive (East/Contract)

• Managed shipment escalations and operational issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies, while coordinating investigations and resolution with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

• Conducted root cause analysis and ensured timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance and prevent recurring issues.

• Monitored logistics service provider performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, SLA compliance, and service quality assessments to drive continuous improvement.

• Supported process optimization and system enhancement initiatives by gathering business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve logistics operations.

• Managed and analyzed operational data to support decision-making, including the preparation of reports, dashboards, performance insights, and quarter-end business reviews.

• Coordinated reporting and operational reviews with global stakeholders, including serving as backup facilitator for quarter-end review calls.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and support operational deadlines when needed.
