Logistics Planner

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily transport operations, including fleet deployment and terminal bookings
• Assign jobs and coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Optimize routing and fleet utilization to control costs and improve operational efficiency
• Liaise with transporters,3PL providers, and vendors; arrange external support when required and monitor service performance
• Prepare and manage transport documentation, system updates (SAP/TMS), and support invoice verification
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, support incident handling, and provide backup for daily operations and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience in logistics planning, transport coordination or related operations
• Experience in chemical logistics or DG handling is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP, TMS, or similar logistics systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams, drivers, and vendors
