Logistics Planner & Traffic Controller

What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule next-day deliveries and transport operations
• Monitor fleet movement and delivery progress in real time
• Coordinate drivers, routes, and job assignments efficiently
• Resolve delays and operational issues promptly
• Prevent unnecessary costs (storage, overtime, failed trips)
• Liaise with customers and manage operational enquiries
• Ensure accurate job records, PODs, and billing documentation
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and fleet condition
• Lead and supervise drivers and delivery assistants

Requirements

• 3–5 years of logistics planning, transport coordination, or fleet operations experience
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems is an advantage
