• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), once Saturday per month (8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange local transport services for import and export shipments involving LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo.
• Plan and schedule cargo collection and delivery activities in collaboration with internal operations teams, ports, and external parties.
• Review cargo specifications and determine the appropriate truck or trailer type based on cargo size, weight, route limitations, and site requirements.
• Work closely with customers, drivers, port staff, and internal departments to ensure jobs are carried out accurately and on time.
• Track job progress closely, address operational issues promptly, and keep customers updated on shipment status.
• Prepare and handle job-related documents, including delivery orders, permits where required, and proof of delivery records.
• Ensure jobs are properly closed with complete documentation to support billing and invoicing.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, company procedures, and internal policies.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics, supply chain or a related industry.
• Good understanding of Singapore roads, yards, and port operations.
• Familiarity with import and export permit declarations.
• Organised, self-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
